Overnight Experiential
The bond that develops between delegates is one of the keys to the success of LEAD. When people have developed a level of trust amongst one another they are more open to new ideas and ways of thinking. To get off on the right foot we run a two day, overnight session to introduce delegates to each other and to the programme. This gives you the opportunity to explore your own style of leadership in a safe environment. The experiential involves a mix of management exercises designed to get you thinking about leadership.
The overnight experiential will be at Alston Hall, a large country house near Longridge in Lancashire set in an idyllic location yet easily accessible from the M6.
