Leadership Masterclass 4 - "Values Driven Leadership" Jez Hall and Tina Cook

Businesses that take an openly ethical approach to their business arrangements are perceived as good to deal with both as suppliers and customers. Ethics are good for business, good for profits, good for the planet and build company resilience. This is of significant relevance in the current business climate.

This masterclass, delivered by experienced speakers from the world of corporate social responsibility, management learning and social entrepreneurship, will enable participants to reflect on their own leadership style, and understand more how their personal ethics influence the ethics of their business, and can even change the market they operate within. It will enable delegates to develop insightful approaches and long term strategies to address the new and complex leadership challenges of the 21st century.
