Learning and Reflection
There is a lot to take in during LEAD. As well as running your business you will be meeting new people, learning constantly, and developing your own skills. From our experience in delivering development programmes we know that it is important for you to have time and space to think about what you are learning, both from KTI’s expert speakers and, possibly most importantly, from your fellow business owners on LEAD.
Throughout LEAD we run days that bring all 25 delegates together to share what they are learning, what changes they are making, and what they would like to have more or less of on the programme. These days give you the opportunity to reflect on your situation and hear from others how they are putting what they are learning on LEAD into practice. Often the most powerful ‘lightbulb moments’ come when you hear someone else’s interpretation of something you have learned. 25 delegates, all with slightly different perspectives makes for the kind of powerful network it would be impossible to find elsewhere.
