Online Forum
Although KTI’s LEAD programme offers plenty of opportunity for working face-to-face with your fellow delegates there will be times when you want to discuss things when you aren’t in the same physical space. Our online forum means you can be in touch with one another, and the KTI team, whenever you need. The forum provides a great way of sharing knowledge and information with each other and is a one-stop-shop for all the LEAD resources. We will use the forum to help you reflect on what you are learning and how it relates to your business. Being able to communicate with each other when not actually together lets you carry on your discussions (business or otherwise!) and means the whole cohort can get to know each other far better, strengthening the network.
