Good sales process is a fundamental cornerstone of business success. All too often businesses both large and small rely upon an ad hoc approach to sales. This masterclass will impart the fundamentals of managing sales. It is not a lesson in how to sell but is much more about how to organise your business for sales success. It therefore covers key topics which owner managers need to incorporate into their businesses: the need for a coherent plan for both sales and marketing, lead generation, CRM, forecasting, qualification of opportunities, how to manage and measure sales teams, selling through partners and so on. The masterclass is augmented by a number of templates for delegates to take away and use in their business.
Peter has held various senior management positions in SMEs as well as large international organisations and is himself an SME owner manager. He has developed a number of leadership courses and mentored many senior managers in various businesses. He runs programmes for proposition development, strategic planning and market entry.
He is currently a director/owner of G4h Ltd, Lexington Ltd, and director and shareholder of CWB Ltd. He formerly held senior positions with numerous companies including Quotron / Citibank, McDonnell Douglas, and Honeywell.
Peter has established three successful businesses, and has launched over 30 successful new products, successfully increasing sales revenues by 400%.
